Çiğdem Akgün

Çiğdem Akgün was born in Tekirdağ in 1993. She completed her high school education in Tekirdağ Anatolian Fine Arts High School and graduated from Kocaeli University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Painting in 2018. Her art practice consists of “collage”. The versatile applicability of collage in contemporary arts is realized through figurative elements in the artist's work. The basis of the works of the artist, who has been working with the newspaper for a long time, is based on "recycling".
