Funda Alkan

The artist was born in Izmir in 1985. After graduating from Alsancak Cumhuriyet Anatolian Vocational High School, Graphic Department, he graduated from D.E.Ü. He graduated from Buca Education Faculty Fine Arts Painting Department. She tries to problematize images such as body image, media and culture through the concept of "smashed body" in a society where ideal body sizes are encouraged/artificial women's patterns.
