Metin Çelik
About
He was born in Adana in 1985. Çelik graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Painting Department in 2009, and served as Ömer Uluç's Assistant between 2005-2008. He opened his first solo exhibition in 2009. Participating in the Mamut Art Project in 2013, the artist opened the "Chaos-Cosmos" exhibition at Merkür Gallery and "Post-Apocalyptic" exhibitions at Mebusan 25 in 2017. He took part in the 4th Mardin Biennial with his “Anti-Camouflage” project. He lives in Istanbul and Mönchengladbach and continues to work in his own workshop.
